Ceiling and walls finishing:

Once the sockets, lights, heating and phone point positions have been finalised the interior can be finished to suit the look and atmosphere the customer requires. With tongue and groove pine or plasterboard for a perfect finish. All you will need to do is decorate and enjoy.

Floor.

For a quality finish 25mm tongue and groove solid Oak flooring is standard on most of our Rooms.

Electrical:

Sockets, lighting and heating.

4 double sockets are standard, obviously this is flexible. Positioning is arranged to best suit your needs.

Spot lights are normally arranged along the central ceiling beam but many options are suitable.

Depending on the size of the Room 1 or 2 small electrical heaters are installed and as the insulation properties are better than the average home this level of heating is fully sufficient all year round.

Fuse panel:

All electrical appliances are cabled to a small panel suitable of easy connection to the mains.

Plumbing.

Many customers require a sink unit or W.C. to be catered for this will be coordinated with the customers needs.
